The Teladoc Health Patient App facilitates video communication with your healthcare provider on your iOS device. To utilize this app, you will need to receive an individual invitation link via email or SMS from your provider, or have access to a unique waiting room URL. Clicking on the invitation link or website link will prompt the app to launch and grant access.

If you are a patient, we recommend consulting with your physician to determine if downloading the Teladoc Health Patient App on your iPhone or iPad would be beneficial for you.

This app allows patients to:

 <li>Click on a link from an appointment invitation or visit URL to input demographic information and complete the intake process linked with a particular visit. This process may involve:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>Medical questionnaires</li>
 <li>Consent forms</li>
 <li>Payment</li>
 <li>Insurance processing</li>
 <li>Video consultation with a medical provider</li>
 <li>Patient survey, which will be accessible for the provider to review during the visit.</li>
